Church with a twist

Our church has been praying about new directions and change. I wonder if this would be the way for us to go? It's different, but maybe a little too different for some of our members!

By the way, this IS a Disciples church (for those who don't know, MSC and I are members of the Disciples church, as is TCU). Their view is so incredible, I think I would have a hard time concentrating on the sermon!

We are sitting here looking out at this beautiful view as we are eating lunch. There are clouds in the sky, but the sun is shining through on the water and it is gorgeous.

New Smyrna

We drove to New Smyrna today. MSC's family came from Minorca as endentured servants into this area. We visited the historical museum and a little around the city.

My favorite store in St. Augustine

This is the greatest Vera Bradley store EVER!! I love this store. My mom and I went crazy. They are shipping our stuff home so we don't have to pack it.

Big Tex would be jealous

As we were walking down the streets of Old St. Augustine we saw this funky dog walking around. He had a hat with dreadlocks and he was wearing sunglasses. He was one crazy dog!
